If you do mean POS, you could look at Version (V) - it stakes at 60%, but you need to have your wallet running 24x7 and there are bound to be a few orphans that will reduce your return.

Its trading around 30-40 sats at the moment, so $70 of bitcoin would get you about 13,000 V

With all due respect, such funds are small, so you can actually get some altcoin through the bounty, which is very small.
