MULLVAD

lets you use your license on up to three devices simultaneously.
so if you have a pc and a mobile phone/tab , you won't need another license to use them parallel.

PrivateInternetAccess.com is regarded very highly. They accept BitCoin.

They do not log, and use shared IP's for enhanced privacy.

Speeds are good to excellent. Many domestic and foreign servers to choose from.
+1. It is a good vpn, recommended

Be careful as certain western governments have cracked many VPN services now so they are not necessarily private.

Quote
Without attention, the 2010 GCHQ document warned, the UK's "Sigint utility will degrade as information flows changes, new applications are developed (and deployed) at pace and widespread encryption becomes more commonplace." Documents show that Edgehill's initial aim was to decode the encrypted traffic certified by three major (unnamed) internet companies and 30 types of Virtual Private Network (VPN) – used by businesses to provide secure remote access to their systems. By 2015, GCHQ hoped to have cracked the codes used by 15 major internet companies, and 300 VPNs.

Not that you'd be a target but it's worth asking what the benefits are.

hidemyass.com is one of the most well known and most well protected Virtual Private Networks on the market.

You can also browse many hacking forums, they have a lot of VPN's to choose from!

hidemyass.com revealed the IPs of a Lulzsec Hacker and cooperated with us authorities. Keep that in mind. They are not trustworthy.

Hidemyass is crap. They keep logs. Also, all their IPs are well known so you will not be able to access many sites that block vpns/proxies. Their 'premium anonymous proxy list' is full of public proxies with 5000ms ping.

Hidemyass.com is NOT recommended from what I have read as well.

Read:

It tells you which VPN's do a really good job of taking your privacy seriously. Most indepth reviews I have found on the net, ever.
