Like I said Namecheap is a very good hosting provider, as been operating for many years and offers shared & vps hosting.

There is a Hosting comparison in the "services" Sub-forum which is very useful. It's filled with customer reviews about different types of hosting companies. Also, some mixed reviews.

But, there are a number of hosting companies in the services sub-forum which has some customers reviews under their official threads.

I have only mentioned legal hosting providers which accept Bitcoin as a payment. If you are looking for Hosting providers who accept Fiat money, then use google for some reviews on different companies.

I think you need a vps, with 50k uv a day any host would close your account if you are using shared hosting.

How is HostGator?

What he said .. +- 7 Years with them

I've been with Host Gator for about a year now. I don't like them. My pages are slow to load and all of my sites went down a couple of days ago. On average, my sites take about 10 seconds to load. On another webhost, using the same software, my site loads in 1 second.

I use HG and have never had a problem with their hosting. Their customer service is about as helpful as a bag of bricks sometimes.

Ask them to move you to a less populated server, if you're using shared hosting. The recent downtime was likely due to some migrations they were doing to new servers.

I use falcoda.co.uk. I paid 14.95 pond (23.35 dollar) for 1 year of hosting with unlimited bandwidth, 7GB storage, cURL support, MySQL and MySQLi and other stuff. They also have great support. Might be worth checking out.

beware of hosting from big companies, sometimes they overcharge you.

Check the services section if you want to buy legal hosting with BTC.
