If you only want a Jr Member signature OP, why not do it yourself? Jr Member signatures only allow basic text and a link as per the bitcointalk rules. More complicated signatures would probably require someone else to design them, but Jr Member signatures are very simple.

the best thing for you to do is run a contest here many site owners do that already, so that you can choose the best among the rest and it also can help to your advertising since this contest will be seenable to the audience who speculates on who will be the winner in the sig design contest, but if you cannot afford to wait will i think the good designers named jayce and sfr10 can help you with that.

Signature contest is a nice idea, but that will costs OP more than hired a person who can designed for him. Ussually in the contest, there are a second and third winner.so many people can design signature for you

I think you should open a competition and do something to ensure that you will pay for the designer, such as the signing of the fund. If you do this I think there will be many people response
