You are right, it's maybe useless for brand new accounts not posting anymore when the website they've promoted seems to be down but unfortunately people don't seem to open flags for more serious cases either. For example ROY_PRIZM has posted more than 300 messages and he's still posting to promote his ponzi scheme and updating his thread without receiving any flags.

I really doubt that this site/ project will let anyone withdraw on a daily basis. For sure they will have some "limit" to prevent withdraws and most likely, all of them.
