Did you get a new mobile phone? Can you restore your authenticator to get back in? As a side note, I use Authy over Google Authenticator because they allow you to back up so you can restore it on another phone.

I lost my mobile phone, and need to remove my Google 2FA verification on Cryptopia exchange. I have emailed to the team three weeks ago, however, no reply.
Has someone met the same issue? How long will the team reply?
