Scammed me for $50 as I added this money to my AdWords account and tried to run their campaign. About your Adwords campaign, what exactly you need. A full campaign with all researches or you have everything finished and prepared, you just need a middleman because of payments system?
You must use Escrow for this job, don't expect this to be done on blank trust.
It will be hard for the Google ads creator to understand what the OP really need because the last time i checked Google ads required details about main advertisement goal and business description in other to reach the target customers.
Withheld some information which will help interested people may not help get what you need.
