Very strange that google doesn't have the right tools to combat shady websites when and if they are reported. We can clearly see from the second picture that it is shady. First things first google should really strenghten up their policy by looking manualy through ads, I understand that they have tons. This is not the first nor the last time we are going to see scammy ads best we can do until now is to report them. Make sure you do that if you haven't.
