Yeah, I would recommend getting approval from ThomasV if you wish to use this or modify the Name and Logos to differentiate the project from the Electrum name.

With new name and images, your app shouldn't infringe on the copyrights as far as I know.

Ok. I already contacted Thomas V and waiting for  reply / help.

Hi Developers at Team LiteBitcoin,

Thanks for contacting the Google Play Team.

After further review, we found your app, LiteBitcoin (org.electrum_lbtc.electrum_lbtc) violates the Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Content policy.

A document in PDF form will be acceptable.
If you own the website, we also accept a screenshot of website domain console, showing your account ownership of the domain.
If you are not authorized, you'll need to remove all he copyrighted images in your app before submitting it for another review.

You might also want to review the Developer Program Policies for more policy guidance. If, after making changes, you believe your app complies with our policies, please submit your app and we’ll review it again.

This rejection doesn't impact the standing of your Google Play Developer Account, but repeated violations can result in the suspension of this app or your Google Play Developer account.

It is open source, the logo and any related content unless explicitly stated otherwise where they appear are completely free from copyright and are released under the MIT licenses meaning they are copywritten but are available for you to copy, edit or redistribute anything that they make in relation to electrum (providing it does not break any laws or the object in the program is explicitly protected by copyright). It's a great gift to us from the developers that none of it is really restricted by copyright and it's probably a nice gesture to mention where you get the logo from.

Kindly do read and research about Electrum and MIT licence before rejecting my product instead of just looking at a logo or an Image, which is made by someone.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Team LiteBitcoin.
