Have we won a battle here?

Or is there a bigger war coming with another foe?

Google just admitted its wallet was useless.

Although this could be seen as good news for bitcoin, it does seem like another reason never to lean too heavily on any of googles products and offerings, you can never seem to tell which ones they are "serious" about and which services they will cut next.

This is a great point.  It seems like half of their offerings are stuck in a perpetual beta state.  I guess it is a function of their creative culture where it is viewed as better to try a dozen different things and see if they work out.  I'm just not sure if anything has worked out to be really profitable for them other than search.

We may have won the battle, but not the war.

Google will always find a way to break through and overpower us.

Next is Apple Pay and then there will be another from Amazon. Then Bitcoin will be accepted worldwide as the undisputed leader of programmable money or digital currency, whatever u call it.

Could be good news or it could be no news at all. Keep holding either way as the tipping point is not too terribly far off. Of course many of us were saying the same thing a year ago, but with the ETF's etc. 2015 could be a big year for us.

You got that right.  Remember Google Wave? Probably not. Hahahaha.

How about Microsoft Bob?  "Have a nice computer!"

Though to be fair no one relied on it :p

For example, one of the features was if you got your password wrong three times it would offer you the ability to change it to something more memorable...
