Ah ... USA the land of the fre.... er ... lawsuits.
Since MtGox is Japan based company it should be safe from this but who knows.
Anyway BTC value took a massive hit after the news and then quickly recovered. The crypto-markets are crazy and unpredictable, just as the fiat ones Grin
