There is no way to know whether an output belongs to Gox, or someone they gave money to (possibly a long time ago). Voting on whether you think an address belongs to Gox is a bit like voting on whether a dice will roll a certain number. Multiple guesses that have no basis don't add anything more than one guess without a basis.

"Gox-Tracer" - Request for comments.
====================================

With the web service "Gox-Tracer" you can vote for bitcoin addresses about which you think they belong (or have belonged) to Gox and now are in fraudulent use.
To avoid misuse of the service you have to provide an email address which have to be under your control.

Procedure:

1. An anonymous user registers one or several Gox addresses.

2. The service sends a confirmation email to the specified email address.

3. The user clicks on the confirmation link in the email.

4. After confirmation the reported Gox adresses are stored together with the hashed email address.

Rules:

* Each pair of Bitcoin address and hashed email address is unique in the database.

* Votes can be undone by stating the bitcoin address and the email address. For this purpose a confirmation link will be sent again by email.

* All alleged Gox addresses are published together with the number of their votes.
