I think that low core voltage. I made a voltage of 956mV at a frequency of 1146MHz. I will not say anything about the memory controller voltage. I read somewhere that Claymore does not change it correctly.
HWinfo memory error does not show?

Man, in the past I suffer a lot with this and almost sold my Amd's lol

3 main causes:

Overclock - Undervolt - Test your system with original clocks first, leave a day and see the results, if ok, do you overclock/undervolt little by little

Riser - change your riser, it's the worst piece of your system

Drivers - Uninstall your drivers, test other versions

I had to tune down my overclock.
Also, I disabled watchdog.

I got this error only when mining Ethash coins, never have had this problem with CryptoNight.

I am just wondering if you monitor your temps, seems -tt 65 is somewhat low, checked if it reached more than what is indicated in your config file, otherwise try to adjust it at least 75
