I would use two power supply instead with add2psu because things might not go intended if you want to OC those cards, also it's always better to use 80% of a power supply so that the power supply can have a longer life, risers will also take power too

Is 850watt Corsair power supply good or enough for two Vega 56, one rtx2060 and one 1660 GPU? My Vega 56 are taking 107watts from miner but I'm sure they are more from wall socket
Yeah 850 should be minimum for this specs, vega 56 consume around 160w on eth, and that depend on silicon lottery tied up with your ambient temperature, i'm sure you need buy another pcie cable or splitter,

The vega GPUs are the only power consuming ones on your lists, they pull roughly 150watt from the wall forget what your mining software is showing you, ha Nvidia GPUs are good and more efficient the gtx1660 will only consume 50 to 70watt and the 2060 will take 120watt, the 850 watt will handle this build very smoothly
You call that power hungry? A Vega can do 45-50MH on ETH mining algorithm @ 105-110watt but a rtx3060 ti can do 60MH @ 120watt, to me Vega 56 is still a good GPU for mining till date, I would gladly buy if I can get hands on them

two Vega 56  300W
rtx2060  150W
1660  100W
MOBO 100W
--------------
650W
this is a calculation with a power reserve.
If you have enough connectors on the power supply to connect all video cards, then you can use this PSU
This will be the optimum load on your power supply. But for testing it is better to buy a Wattmert, its price is 10-15 dollars

Absolutely, the rtx2060 and 1660 are not power hungry so this is a good mix, I have a rig here that has RTX 3070 and 5x gtx1660 running on a CZ power supply 850watts with no issue at all

I have measured the real wall power consumption and both in Phoenix miner and NBMiner latest versions of the miner it is showing the same power consumption as the miner is shown. For example I see 160-165 Watts power consumption in both miners with Rx 6800 XT and the same power consumption is showing in my Wattmeter in the wall.Same measurements I have made with RTX 3060 ti,Rx 5700 XT and GTX 1080 ti and the same was true for these cards too.I don't know about the Vega-s but it should be the same thing based from what I have seen from my different measurements.

So based on this I think Corsair will be good enough to run your rig for quite some years to come.
I think NBminer takes more watts compare to phoenix miner? The winner here is Trex miner as you can safe more watts out of your cards using absolute core clock settings but unfortunately Trex doesn't support AMD graphic cards

A suggestion buy this

https://www.amazon.com/Suraielec-Calculator-Protection-Electricity-Electrical/dp/B08GSPLZBN/ref=sr_1_3_sspa?

You will know the wall draw.

It is under 20 bucks and your gear is worth a lot more than 20 bucks.

If it stays at 580 - 620 watts at the wall you are good to go.

That power amount is safe

The rig is worth well over 1000 usd.

Blowing up a psu can kill off GPUS and or the mobo.

Also you can understand over and under clocking and your watt to hash ratios.

IE :

1) underclock  undervolt to 550 watts and do 110 mh

2) push and do 625 watts and 115mh

the first choice is likely better.

Yes it is enough but be careful monitor your psu temps. your cards will consume roughly 600watts. and your psu is 850 should be all ok.
