People don't know that they have already missed their chances, BTC have been raging high since last year and every dips have bring opportunities for smart investors and traders, I don't know what else people wants because the next worst thing that will happen is bear market, it's inevitable

I hope you seeing the path that crypto market choose presently? It looks like crypto bulls are not strong anymore, BTC rise from 3800 to 67000$ in just a year and yet some are expecting 100k if this isn't greed I don't know what else to call greed, bull market is finally over so do not buy any GPU again, wait for few more weeks and buy GPU at good lesser price

That is what I think too, 3k to 70k = 23 times, that is a lot, yeah they are too greedy and this will probably backfire. I guess they were expecting 3k to 300k hehe, 100 times hehe, as bitcoin go up it gets harder and harder to pump the price, only way to get to at least 150k would be a usdt manipulation and that is possible as usdt is not audited and they could create billions of usdt in few minutes and start buying btc no stop.

The mafiactures will keep the price as high as they can, this manipulation is strong, even if they say gpus will have no scarcity then they will still sell their gpus high, they really dont care, this has not been supply and demand for quite sometime, this is about manipulation and nothing else. They can manipulate the market because eth still up there in price, if eth crashes 95% then they will have to lower gpu prices, manipulation will not go anymore, just like 2018, however, they can manipulate it up to a point, same thing for scalpers and so on.

I'm hearing a rumour that GPUs are back in store and they are not scarce as before again how true is this? Also what advice would you give someone who wants to build mining rig from any moment from now?
Don't get too excited yet, there might be scalpers just waiting to pounce and hoard them, creating a shortage and then hike the prices like it happened this year.

Also, this time round things are a little different due to disruptions by COVID19 leading to shortages of semiconductors. Some people even predict that it will be a year or two before things get back to normal

This is half truth because not every countries have GPUs available right now and those that do are selling for unbearable price just like in my country, also it's better to keep your money and wait because I still believe that this bull run is done for, wait till 2022 and see how things play out first

The shortage of video cards ended a long time ago.
I do not recommend buying mining equipment in December, because the prices are very high in stores.
In mid-January, learn how to use a mining calculator and consider whether you are ready to wait several years for a return on your investment.

well that rumor maybe for some retailer in china and need to buy whole pc to get gpu at msrp like you buying gaming laptop

tsmc said until 2023 gpu/chip will hardly to find in store, if gpu flooding to store, console might be the first priority and today its getting rare

If that is true which I think it might be for the holiday season ahead of us,still be careful as the prices are way above the MSRP and if you want to build a mining rig any moment from now, start small from 1 or 2 GPU-s and add as necessary when you have more money. If you have the money to build a full rig with these GPU prices go ahead and build one now but be careful and do not buy LHR-Lite Hash Rate cards, these fortunately are only from Nvidia as of right now so any AMD card is full power and there is not the problem of LHR or also you can buy Nvidia A series which are LHR free cards.
