Go into WattMan and toggle the Voltage Control and hit apply.  It does not matter which way, on or off.  This kicks them into high gear for me.

There are lot things to do to solve your problem, welcome to the mining world where tests and tests can be time consuming but is the only thing you will likely solve your problem. For starter, you must try the gpu in other motherboard and check if settings replicate and from there you go tiger.

aright, i actually might be able to borrow my friends rig for this during the weekend.. Smiley

Try updating your drivers if you are using the latest ones or switching to older ones if you are using the latest. (Use DDU to uninstall previous drivers). Also, try benchmarking your GPU with FurMark and see if you achieve similar results.

When does this occur? If your PC is on idle, of course it won't show the standard MHz it runs.

Im running the official AMD-blockchain-drivers! when im fully loading it with mining, no matter what coin, they both stay at 16%. extremely frustrating....

Do 1 card and see if it works.

I have been running with only one card at a time... Sad

Hey guys!
I have just recieved my new RX580s, and im having some trouble with them!
They wont go over 16% load, at all, anytime!
And if i reboot the computer, its not detecting the standard speeds of mhz to run in!

What can, and would be the problem?

Im running an M5A97 V2.0 motherboard with a FX-6300 CPU!
