I browsed through a couple of their offerings and found nothing regarding refurbished/used condition of the goods. The about section does mention it, but not on the actual sales page itself.

This is what's been said on the "about" page:

Quote
gpuShack offers deeply discounted products from the refurbishing arms of their respective manufacturers. All prices are in USD.

All Products sold on gpuShack are thoroughly tested and guaranteed to work as expected, and to meet expectations. Some products' heatsinks, fans, or shrouds, may have light cosmetic damage such as light scratches.

I have a limited knowledge about computer hardware, but I don't think that refurbished goods should be in that kind of condition. That looks very dirty in the pictures that you uploaded.

Anyways, I think they should at least give you a chance to refund since it wasn't stated clearly on the item description page that it was refurbished, and the condition the actual goods are in doesn't seem very refurbished to me. But that's just my opinion.

BTW, this is the right section, since you are accusing them of being shady/scam.

Note to Admin: If this is not the proper area for this announcement/warning I will happily move it upon request.

What happened::
After receiving a package of products from the GPUShack website, I came to discover through examining the items that many of the items were not in new condition, as I was was misled to believe. The description for the items purchased did not disclose that the condition of the items were in fact used/reconditioned. On contacting GUPShack about this I was informed that the items were "refurbished" and that this fact was disclosed in a separate, unrelated section of the website, specifically the "About" page of the website. Upon further examination of the website and the items listed for sale, there is no disclosure of any sort of the items being anything other then New condition. This is blatantly misleading, causing a consumer to inadvertently purchase sub-par conditioned merchandise unknowingly, and at a price point consistent with that of New condition merchandise.

Additional Notes:
I wanted to give a general WARNING to everyone regarding the shady online mining parts retailer GPUShack. The items they sell are refurbished or used, a fact they do not disclose in the descriptions of the items an which will not be discovered in the natural flow of purchasing items from them. I bought stuff from them and when I called them out on it they would not reimburse me 100%. BE CAREFUL!!
