Hello, I have two Sapphire Vapor-X R9 280X, reference 11221-02-40g, ATI 7970 based. Specs tells I must get bettwen 700 and 750khs mining scrypt, but I can't get more than 520khs.
Mining is made with cgminer 3.7.2 under linux, command line is:
cgminer --scrypt -I 13 -w 256 -g 2 -shaders 2048 --thread-concurrency 8192 -o POOL -u WORKER -p PASSWORD
Can somebody tell me what I doing bad?

Get rid of TC in that line. Delete the bin files created in the CGMiner folder. Rerun the command and see what speeds you get. It will set TC itself based on the number of shaders.
Also there should be -- in front of shaders
