I bought this power supply for $189.99 at my local store and have been mining on it 24/7 for a month now. No issues so far and very well built and pretty cheap.
Bought an OCZ ModXStream Pro power supply about a year ago. Worked great for 3 days, but then it died for no reason. 
This too has been my experience with OCZ... Couple died after a few days, and a few more died almost exactly a week after the warranty was up... Just hope you get lucky, and it doesn't break twice in the five year coverage. They would not replace my replacement after it exploded a week into use...

Single RAIL 12V. Puuurfect for mining rigs.
This really makes no difference when buying QUALITY power supplies. In fact your risk of loss is lower in true split +12v 20A rails than overloading a single +12v rail with no circuit protection. Besides that they are pretty much the same.
