Several days later, today or yesterday, Bter.com teams up with another infamous scam company, Jua.com, to continue fraud. They certainly will not return people's btc, but only accept deposit, and "promise" again they can return btc with alleged income.

First you have to give the full details about the site, what is the interest earning rate, how are they going to pay interest, and what is the proof of the site being legit. just like that you can tell to register , what if that site is scam, who will be responsible for that.
