Account on? if you have enough proof email used/IP/last used passwords anything that can prove you owned the account in the past, I am sure it shouldn't be hard just contact the support/admin of the site.
Is that email account hacked and bitcointalk account?
If in case of bitcointalk account I guess you can ask for the moderator or admin here, because I think they can help you out and freeze the account, they can also detect the IP address used by the account now.
In some circumstance, it is due to downloading or opening some site using the email address we entered in. From there hackers have the chance to have an access to all of your account open to that moment.
