I was hunting down for a better day to start the April month raffle. But as far as I know, there weren't any days which are of historical importance to Bitcoin in the month of April. Since 13 days has already passed by, I have launched the Fourth Raffle.

The May month Raffle would be following up quite soon and might be launched at the first week of May and we would be rolling by the halving block #630,000. If there aren't enough interest for the May raffle or if there is a delay in filling up of the slots, I request even the old timers (regardless of ranks) to participate in the raffle so that #630,000 would be deciding the winner.

With major cities under lockdown to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to a larger extent, I hope this raffle/lottery would have a special place in this year. Hope there isn't anymore bad threats coming to our planet this year (ah, calm down the asteroid 1998 OR₂ is having a safe flyby through our earth and there wouldn't any destruction caused by the asteroid this year). Conducting of raffles is an idea to increase the interest among the new members of the board and in the meantime increasing the activity of the board. I would like to request people to engage themselves in topics posted here and not just minimize their posting in raffles alone.

If the activity is to be concentrated only on raffles, what would be the real point of conducting one? Our board has been long dormant with almost absolute nonsense and scams for years and is re-maturing from the start right just at the Q4 of 2019 and Q1 of this year. Amid the worse prevailing conditions due to the virus outbreak and the huge dump in the market, I would like to announce the game for the month of March. At the time of writing, bitcoin is currently trading at $5400 and had dumped to over $3800 within 24 hours.

As I have already said in the ANN topic, these fun lotteries will be hosted each month on a particular day which is of historical significance in the history of bitcoin. Many of us would remember December 17,2017 the day when bitcoin reached its ATH price and the current market crash can be very well compared to the 2018 crypto dump. I believe this might be of historical importance, the day when bitcoin fell by 40-50% within 24 hours.

About the Game :

1. This is a pretty simple and quite interesting game, where there would be 16 spots from 0-9 and a-f. Each person should pick one character and post in the reply of this topic along with their bitcoin address.

2. Once all the 16 spots are filled, I will choose one single future block to be mined. For instance person X has chosen 'f' as their spot and I have chosen block #610750. Here the hash of the block #610750 is 0000000000000000000e7027f650de1e79d76cbe93f385d8032f7766df080f6f which determines that f is the winning character.

3. The person who has chosen the correct character wins the prize amount of 0.001BTC (Please note that 0.001BTC is kinda cheaper but in terms of our economy it costs around 400 INR which is much better)

Rules :

1. The game is strictly restricted only to Indian forum members. If you are someone outside India or hailing from nearby countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan or Sri Lanka, you are not allowed to participate in this game.
