True scammed,
for my experience.
They claimed that they already shipped the product but theres a delay, got my account and order deleted from there website and ip banned
It would be great if you post about it in details in the "Scam Accusations" section of this forum in the proper format. This will prevent other users from getting scammed to some extent and the flag against the user will gain some more support.for my experience.

Depending on the method of payment and the domain name owner you might be able to contact your local authorities and take some steps as well.
Already posted on scam accusations but with little views,
and for the second advice for me to report to my local authorities, no progess. My country doesnt know crypto and scams well and now we are fighting against fake democracy from the goverment as well
