i've had a terrible terrible experience with them too.. i'm not sure what their deal is but they seem to have some sort of internal issues and ignoring a lot of customers. Glad i pulled out.

Hello, i want to reach out to as many Great North Data users as possible. Who ever has been affected by their services or lack of.
I'll do my story short. I've sent Great North Data prepayment for hosting 500kW of miners. I begin sending miners in September 2017 continue to February 2018.
Total miners sent 144
Total miner plugged in 30
Total miners currently working 14

Total months lost of revenue = 6

Feel free to PM ME if you have also been affected this way.. I wont go into details about all the excuses they have come up with about not plugging in my miners, but they range from snow storms to architectural permits.. I dont believe anything they tell me now.

I have all the proof for this, and i can more than share it here if someone wants to.
