Thanks for your reply guys, I have also made my own research about it and decided to use it as my hot wallet for a month or more before trusting them with all my bitcoins.

It's a reputable service and I would recommend it over blockchain.info or other web wallets at any time.
+1 I used it before and this link https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet redirected and made me try Greenaddress.

Also greenaddress is secure enough?
Much secured that any other popular web wallet and I trusted it because it was suggested by the link I gave.

The only wallet that currently use bc1 is Electrum. Trezor, Ledger nano S etc. all have addresses that start with 3 and yes, It's a SegWit address. It's a reputable service and I would recommend it over blockchain.info or other web wallets at any time.

yes, I used it for 3 weeks and recommended it.
they accept Replace-By-Fee, you can control your sending fee, can access [private key, mnemonics/mnemonics, and passphrase] and receiving address change all the time.
they support too many security ways and can sweep your private keys into this wallet.

While searching for alternative bitcoin wallet that supports segwit found greenaddress, they also have chrome add on which I have installed and already made proper backup.

Address there start with 3, is this address segwit address or only the bc1 address we get from latest electrum wallet is segwit address?

Also greenaddress is secure enough?
