Truth is, adoption of bitcoin in Greece isn't as rampant as some media channels reported. I thought that I'd help some of the organisations that were already accepting bitcoin donations given that Greece is currently in the spotlight. I'm compiling a list of greek projects, organisations etc. that are accepting bitcoin donations to support their cause.

Claims to be the biggest project of independent journalism in Greece. They also host a radio station.

Pirate Party
The first political organisation in Greece to accept bitcoin donations. They're a member of the Pirates Parties International and have been taking place to elections since 2012
