Never heard this exchange so and I don't have any plans to go there so best to stay on the best exchange since this is much better to do for safety, People shouldn't go always on new since we don't know yet if we can trust them or our funds will be safe at them if we put it and buy something we like. And almost all the best coin or token are list on top tier exchange so there's no point to go on unknown and risk your money there.

I have never heard of green exchange before that is related to cryptocurrencies, I will also advise people to stay away from this type of project. The only coin I heard of is greenex, the coin was pumped up to $400 and has now decreased less than $1. New projects are generally risky and many are nothing but scam that people should avoid.

Its not fake, but other token with different name, concept and smart contract, what was announced.
