Welcome, you mined some good BTC since 2011 I see. With USB Erupters, it wont be so easy I guess but time will tell  Smiley
thank you,
i figured 2.6Ghash @ 100 days could be 1 btc, but that's mostly wrong due to increasing difficulty.
I believe i will be mining altcoins and trading (played with it some already, but that's not easy either).  i'll try to stay 'erupting' on btc until it looks stupid, which seemingly may be sooner than later.

Well after months or more not being able to post, except to newbies, i'm biting the bullet and posting so that i may post to threads that i truly have an interest in.

Greetings, I've bitcoin mined on 2 low-end gpu since 2011.  gained 6.5 btc, spent 2.5 -- most of which went to Erupters a month or so ago (i have 8, +2 on the way). I have interest in the altcoins also.  I've made 9.5 ltc, not including 11 or so lost to bad pools services and/or scam.  I know these aren't much to the majority of you, but this is fun to me.  I've compiled git versions of bfgminer, cgminer, and pooler's cpuminer on Linux and Win32(MingW32) (Windows was a headache and some lucky google hits). I've tried to do so on OSX with many failed attempts (trap 5 or trap 6 upon execution), but have successful brew install of bfgminer.  bfgminer is my favorite sha256.  pooler is my favorite scrypt.

well, hoping that intro will help get me toward a posting level.

Thank you,
