Well it's still in development, but I'm glad you guys replied. I cannot reveal many details, because I want to learn more about making websites myself, and if I do that I deny myself the necessary motivation to keep learning. Smiley

What I can share is this:

I'm thinking about all the ways that I can create relevant information concerning bitcoin users and how they can benefit from bitcoin in their everyday lives. My first goal is to have people gain trust in bitcoin through engagement at recognized faucet sites, and establish a nice, clean channel of communication with a wide array of people.

I was thinking about the news section myself today, and I too think it's a good idea. Also I'm touching upon the subject of creating an e-book, which I can trade for people's e-mails and create long term lists, so that I can guarantee a message transfer to a certain amount of people. Of course some people will use special spam addresses, but I don't plan on spamming my users anyways. Every e-mail is going to be one that they expect.

I'm trying to create a community together with the website, so my task is vast. For finance reasons I started working a regular job, which I will use to finance the website, but the hidden benefit is that it's a design hub that I've started working at, so I will be in close contact with people connected to business, technology and design.

October 6th, Thursday, there is actually going to be an event at the place that I'm working at, about block-chain technology. http://bron.tech/digital-identity/ is bringing a person to speak about this. What an amazing coincidence. Smiley I will keep you posted!

Thanks for your support guys,
Who

Edit: I'm in the process of collecting and translating bitcoin related information. So if you want to help, you can create a http://www.pastebin.com/ document with your name and article. Smiley

Interesting! Can we see your site (even if it's in development)? I can help you if you need anything, just message me Smiley

I find it hard to envisage bitcoin integrated in everyday life in the state that it's in now. I'm not going to wait 10 minutes for my transaction to confirm, especially with the blocks being so full nowadays. We need that lightning chain.

Hey there,

I am new to this forum and only six months ago I had the opportunity to use bitcoin to make a purchase. After that I've slowly, but surely have been pushing myself towards creating value with bitcoin. I love the simplicity and utter complexity of the design, and it's quite remarkable how both of these things coexist at the same time (Such is life Smiley). I got disappointed in the past by not being able to purchase bitcoin at market value, which led me to earning it instead. Pretty soon after, I discovered that I can create value for people, and be rewarded in bitcoins for my effort.

The market for bitcoin in my own community is completely undeveloped, but the potential is great, so I want to do something about it! My reasons for this are as follows:

  • Bitcoin is an important and wonderful piece of technology that has been accepted by the global population and is growing in popularity every year.
  • I can easily imagine people using it in their everyday lives, with the full range of benefits.
  • The possibility of financial gains is here. (Which motivates my entrepreneurial spirit!)
  • I want to do something important. And I feel that this is important.

At this moment I am working on my own website, which will serve as an introduction, guide, library and connection to the rest of the Bitnet*, with primary focus on bitcoin. My website will feature referral links to services, faucets, investment platforms that I've personally tried and can testify for. Seeing how my experience with bitcoin is rather limited at this point, I feel the need to search elsewhere for guidance, tips and support.

From what I understand during my time here on the forum is that I will need to prove myself worthy of your support, the global bitcoin community. So with this I proclaim that I want to be an active participant in bitcoin's future and implementation across the globe. I want to spread the word and equip people with the knowledge on how to integrate bitcoin in their lives.

So with this said, I want to know how I can help you? How can I help make this community better?

Work on the website has started since yesterday and in a short couple of weeks I hope to be able to present it here for you. It's going to feature two languages, my own and English, and it's main goal will be to attract people and supply them with information. It is going to be self-funded, with full integration of bitcoin newbies to the network, efficiently creating affiliate profits capable of sustaining it for years to come.

All the best, fellow humans, looking forward to hearing from you

Your website sounds like a pretty good idea. However, only talking about trusted services such as faucets may be too little. In other words, unless you are going to write long reviews of each site, there is not enough material to write on. I would also recommend including bitcoin/altcoin news as this is what really gets web traffic.
However, if you are a good reviewer and don't have enough time to look out for the latest news, there is no need to do so.
i'm sure that if your website gets a good amount of traffic, bitcoin users will be keen to advertise there.
Wish you luck and I can write for your site if you wish.
