Am I correct in saying that a rig like this looks to be properly grounded assuming it is plugged into a grounded wall outlet?

Mobo is grounded through the 24 pin connection to the power supply connected to the wall?
GPUS are grounded through their 6 pin connectors to their power supply connected to the wall?

I'm trying to figure how I'm going to set up my rig so I've just been looking at the various ways people have their rigs housed and considered something of this nature.
