I'd vote for auctioning the winnings if anything is won. Or, if someone in the pool wants to buy and everyone agrees - and so on. But by default the winnings would be auctioned to the highest bidder.

This will be a groupbuy for 10 tickets to the raffle, currently standing at 0.391BTC in total.
You will decide on how many people you are taking on, but a minimum of 2 is needed.
Your tickets will be labelled as "groupbuy" or "poolticket". If that ticket were to win you would sell the item and share the profits.
