A lot of people don't know what it means to grow a lot people think that growth of 0-100 can happen in two months, 3 months. If you grow in that manner make sure you have enough money to fund and sustain the growth. I typically don't like growing things that won't be profitable....more like things that can't fund themselves without me taking money from my profitable businesses to keep them funded.
I will likely stop at Room and Palour unless I need to expand the house for people/things to dwell in and be fruitful. I tend to believe it's selfish to live in large home that benefits you alone.
Being fruitful means you live mostly for others. A tree bear its fruit for other creatures to consume
