OP should quote price to avoid wasting people time, gta iv is not that old but gta v is the latest how much are you willing to sell.
What would I need to do to get a vouch?
So other people would trust you, if no one ever buy things from you. Then other people wouldn't trust you, so that's why you need a vouch. 
He has 1 GTA key, so I highly doubt he will give that away as a vouch. And considering GTA would likely be the more expensive game, giving you one of the less expensive games probably wouldn't serve any purpose to him.
But, he could give the 6 other key for a vouch
