Is it true that they want to connect neural networks so that they finish drawing locations that are visible in the distance? It seems like it was voiced like that, I don't remember exactly.

Yes  I did already make a post about this in a few weeks ago. And for now this is only just a rumor. We must wait until next year for it to be released if we will know the truth of this rumor.

I'm looking forward to the game, the graphics and the open world are very cool.

If 90% of the buildings will be bricks that you can't enter I will see no progress.
They should use generative content so you can enter every building, every room.
Imagine being chased by cops on foot on the staircase like in the movies or missions where you have to assassinate someone from the other building using rifle with a scope.

If they don't do it like this, I'd rather play with my d1ck.

It's quite a good idea, as I think, we'll actually look at it.

If they choose Bitcoin, it will be the same story as with Steam platform - they will ditch it because it will be too slow and too expensive  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Anyone trying to use Bitcoin on a large scale is doomed to fail due to scalability issues and LN is a failed project so don't mention it because you will look retarded   Wink
If Bitcoin wouldn't hold it's breath for so many years on LN fixing all the scalability issues and actually made updates to the protocol then it would be already huge thanks to Steam.

I'd rather use PayPal than Bitcoin but fortunately there is better alternative called Monero   Cool

Now if you're a gamer like I am , how do you see this sudden move from GTA ?
Would it contribute immensely to the crypto space?.

I'm commenting assuming this news will come true. If something like this happens in the game, this could be a good situation for both the gaming industry and cryptocurrency. If payment is to be made, all payment methods must be used. The user must pay using their preferred payment method.

Payment with crypto needs to become widespread. Having the option to pay with crypto in many areas allows crypto money to reach more users. If we want crypto currencies to become widespread, using the cryptocurrency payment option in a wide area such as the gaming industry will be of great benefit.
With current payment system being interrupted by software updates like crowdstrike, they might favor bitcoin in the future, it will come true since we are going digital some payment system will adapt bitcoin or any crypto-type of payments, just like what i read in the news in my country where there is a coffeeshop accepting crypto as payment.

No official reports yet still means that it is just speculative, and may never happen.

If cryptocurrency is introduced as a payment type for in-game purchases, it will only increase the temptation that people who are gamers who own cryptocurrency would face because, aside from gambling at crypto casinos, their normal console games now have an option for payments with cryptocurrency,  which they may be trying to hodl.

Gamers with no interest in cryptocurrency will still ignore the crypto payment option.

If this reports are to be believed.
Then this comes as a surprise to we gamers , cause this was previously unheard of in previous version of auto games.
While there have been some leaks about the gameplay itself. We still need to wait for the official release and announcement.

Now if you're a gamer like I am , how do you see this sudden move from GTA ?
Isn't it going to be like a virtual life and a real play-to-earn scene? Not that just some typical game plays of cute pets but this is a real economy just as how the past version has like in IV and V with their open world.

Would it contribute immensely to the crypto space?.
For sure it is, but they have to adopt first Bitcoin if they'll get into the crypto space as it's ideal, an online game and an online currency which Bitcoin fits in there.

I think this rumor has Been going on since last year now
But if its true
There's a chance it might set precedence for other top games to incorporate Bitcoin or others to their system
Depending on the success it brings to GTA VI
If they do accept Bitcoin?
It would be a plus to the company's net returns in the future as Bitcoin continue making waves.
Let's wait till 2025 and see if the leak is true or not.

Personally I'd be highly surprised if they ended up integrating actual cryptocurrencies into their gameplay
they can just take Bitcoin as an acceptable method of making in app purchases rather than just Fiat.

Here's a couple news stories on the subject:

https://www.forbesindia.com/article/crypto-made-easy/gta-6-could-introduce-a-crypto-reward-system/77777/1

https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/international/us/gta-vi-may-use-cryptocurrency-as-payment-methods-heres-what-you-should-know/articleshow/111522752.cms

Personally I'd be highly surprised if they ended up integrating actual cryptocurrencies into their gameplay; whats more likely is they allow players to trade fake cryptos in the game, ala the stock market in GTA V. The reason why major game companies aren't fond of using cryptos or NFTs is because they want to control every aspect of the game's resources to maximize profits. Letting people trade stuff on their own, on an off-game platform, just means less potential income for them.

If they make this plan came into reality imagine the noise it could bring especially on gaming scene.

GTA series is famous game and provably it creates a huge hype to other game developer and possibly many would follow if GTA Vl will earn big success for running a play to earn option for their players.

Maybe they like the idea of NFT games that's why they explore on the possibilities to include the earning feature on their new release. I'm excited for further developments of this since GTA is really a cool game to play.

Woah, this is insane if true. I hope so, it would definitely be fun to watch. I can see them trying to incorporate NFTs and Ordinals tokens or something like that perhaps. I can’t wait for it to come out man why the heck are they taking so damn long lol
this is really sick.
Of course I really can't wait too.

Op, when sharing information, it's good to provide a source, so that people can see where the info is coming from and what the context is. I found the following article which cites a tweet by Watcher.Guru as a source. A tweet is short and vague, and it's not a credible source of information, in my opinion. To be honest, I hope they don't do it because I don't like games that involve in-game purchases in general. You pay for the game, and then you are drawn to keep spending, which can get addictive and is generally not nice for gamers.
ok thanks, I will next time.
