Considering consolidating my current 4x1060 6GB (90Mh) rig into a twin "onboard" 1080ti/1080/1070 micro atx rig. Just want to know what hasrates people are getting with the various coins. I would probably mine ETH with it but a general average hashrate of ETH and other coins would help me decide if i can be bothered to make the swap.

Thanks.

if u have gtx 1080 ti u rig dgb skein almost 1000Mh gtx 1070 for best algo equihash. ETH only gtx 1060 op.

My brother's 1080 ( not TI) hash at 34.5 MHs stock.
Seriously? My gtx 1080 can get a maximum of 25 even with a +600-700 on memory

and @OP, my 1080 does 600-650MHs on skein, and wbout 480-550 hashes on zcash,  on decred it was some where between 3500-3900

and im currently mining skein as it has ok returns and potential to grow

I suppose what i should be asking is should i swap my 4x1060 getting 91mh at 75w each for 2x1070 8gb running 105w each getting approx 64mh?

Zer0k, I havent bought a case yet but planning to get the Corsair Carbide 240 seeing as its pretty compact.

Looks like that case can accept big ATX PSU's so you're good there and can easily run an 850W unit or even bigger Smiley

It really depends on your own power costs, but I would swap to a 2 x 1070 rig and mine SIGT or whatever else is most profitable

2 x GTX 1070 mining ETH  @ ~64Mh/s = $3.76 / day
2 x GTX 1070 mining SIGT @ ~60Mh/s = $7.35 / day

Then if you really want ETH to hold long term or any other coin, just sell your SIGT and buy the coins you want on an exchange like cryptopia

Thanks Bibi187. Been doing a bit of more research since i first posted and seems like the figures your getting are about the average i could expect. Whats the power draw?

2x 750W EVGA supernova G2
125W per gpu  ( PL = PowerLimit / TL = TempLimit )
I have a 8 x gpu rig, for everything ( riser / gpu / etc ) i get 1150W on the wall ( wattmeter )

I dont test solo ETH for moment, but i bet u can grab 35-36mh/s

Forget the 1080 and stick with 1070 or the 1080ti

As you move into the 1070 and 1080ti cards ETH is not even close to the most profitable coin
Visit these 2 sites and select the nvidia card setup you're interested in:

https://www.nicehash.com/?p=calc

Is your mATX case able to use full size PSU's?

Keep in mind 2 x 1080 ti will pull 500+ watts when they first start mining, so you can think of that as 600+ with the other system components included.
While mining they can be power limited and will run ~200W each happily Smiley
