Hello i want anybody to ask is Current 1080 series will be dead to mining when Nvidia will release their new graphic cards "gtx 2080" they will be much cheaper and better...

If they are better and the same price, there will be more demand.  If they are cheaper, and just as good, there will be more demand and if they are better and cheaper there will be extremely higher demand.

This would all just drive up the resell price.  They can't be cheaper and better.

The current lack of availibility is in large part due to Nvidia's manufacturing switching to the new series. Once the new series is launched, all that inventory will come out at that same time and availibility will definitely improve compared to where it's at now. Of course the aftermarket partner cards will take a couple months after Nvidia launches their refrence cards.

The 2000 series will be extremely hard to get for a while after they launch, and will probably have inflated prices as well. If you go ahead and get a 1080ti now or even a 1070 or 1070ti you will have plenty of time to mine with these cards. The top tier cards like the 1080ti will still be profitable for a while even after the 2000 series launches.

If you are planning to sell the cards, then I would do it before the new cards are out, since they are selling at a premium due to the lack of availability.

Unless you can get a decent deal on the current gen cards, I would wait. The expected launch is within 1-2 months and availibility should improve with the launch.
You recommend to leave 1080 and 1080 ti? or Sell them now cuz this is only way i getting currently money from tho

Better and more energy efficient lis likely. Wouldn't expect them to be any cheaper due to increased development and manufacturing costs from moving to a 12Nm process.
