GUI Miner Error when i try to open. HELP plz

Whats up, I keep getting this error no matter what I do whenever I double click the guiminer.exe.... even removed guiminer and cgiminer and put both programs back on and im still getting the same error message popping up. it tells me to read this .txt file. "guiminer.exe" and inside this is what it reads
