id like to know how it is that no one has the right to dispute something twice with paypal, digital or non-digital.

@cwick, thanks for your question.

Disputing on paypal is like taking someone to court where the defendant lawyer & the accused lawyer will have to judge before the judge. At the end, the judge pass a final judgement which is final whether same case is taken to a different court.

Paypal dispute work's in same way. A buyer/seller can only dispute an item ( either item not recieved or not as described) once. Altough there is the possibility for a seller to appeal in case where shipped item was disputed/escalated & paypal took final decision in favor of the buyer because of delay on delivery.

Personally, i will not advice any seller to appeal after losing a specific case because it's time consuming and there is no guarantee that the fund will be returned back to your payp account.

PayPal made my payments reversed back to sender Any  sense to get it back ?

If, i get you correctly, you wanted to know  If there is any possibility of getting/receiving back any payment which has been reversed by paypal.

Well to the best of my knowledge any payment which has been reversed by paypal is final. But, can ONLY get back such fund through direct communication with the buyer. So, it all depend's on you & the buyer. if, you are skillful enough, you can comeup with any story & explain to the buyer through his/her personal email while thing's went wrong or while you where unable to deliver..ecc

This is just to gain the confidence of the buyer because he/she will not be able to open dispute for the second time on same item/service.

☞But, you stand in a better position of gaining buyer's confidence ONLY if, the refund was made by you via ebay platform in request for direct payment via paypal but,outside ebay.

I have used same refund strategy to convince one of my buyer on ebay to send fund to my bank instead the normal paypal. So, this depend on any story you can come up with, in order for the buyer to reason & agree with you after refunding. Most ebay buyer's think's in a nutshell.
