I would like to share this guide to those who don't know how to make a safe transaction using Electrum because I heard there are many Electrum users victim with phishing attacks through Electrum and I heard many users that they also send bitcoin to a wrong bitcoin address so to avoid it I made this guide to help other users how to make a safe transaction.

I do not know how this method will protect against "phishing attacks"? Or send bitcoin to a wrong bitcoin address? in fact, you are increasing the risk since you have to be connected when you broadcast and you are broadcasting through the browser "the same level of protection when using web wallet."

Will this guide succeed in overcoming DDOS's Electrum servers attacks? I did not try it but I think you should modify the title if it works.

If you also affected of synchronizing issue in Electrum you can follow this to make a sign transaction with Electrum.

Old versions of electrum will not sync with electrum servers. Users can upgrade their electrum client and it will sync. The electrum sub is here and the creator of electrum is thomasV.

FWIW, all of these steps will only work if your wallet (tx history) is already synced with the network and the only thing missing is the latest block headers and a connection to an Electrum node. otherwise if you have not yet synced your transaction history there is no way you could use these steps because your wallet doesn't know which transactions are spent or what new ones you have received.

if a user has fallen into phishing attacks, downloaded and installed fake electrum, this guide will be useless
just opening and running (unlocking) the wallet while connecting to the internet,
may allow the fake wallet to automatically steal your coin and emptied your wallet Lips sealed

*Now you have the raw/hex transaction next step is to paste the copy raw/hex transaction to https://coinb.in/#broadcast.
before broadcasting, you might want to decode and check whether the transaction is exactly as you want
to broadcast it, you can also use many other pushtx sites listed here Transaction broadcasting

Broadcast transaction is much safer than directly send coins from wallet. I have heard about the way to move bitcoin with Electrum, but I have never tried using it.
I noted the topic down, and might read it later when I have time and don't feel tired with my works.

Great guide, You really put and effort on the screenshots and made it easy to follow especially for newbies. Right now am so paranoid I don't think I will transact through electrum using the normal way anytime soon. This is the best alternative.

Hope that you enjoy reading and follow my guide and I hope that you learn how to use the review button from Electrum wallet to make a safe transaction and learn how to broadcast it to broadcasting/pushTX sites.
By the way, there is some small error, it's" Preview" button not "review" button

Or you could do what I do  Grin > just download the Coinbin page and host it yourself or run it offline. https://github.com/OutCast3k/coinbin/archive/master.zip

Make sure when you generated the signed transaction you are not connected to the internet and then re-connect to the internet and broadcast the TX here https://coinb.in/#broadcast

Good tutorial.
I did not know that I could broadcast the tx from somewhere else after signing it locally from my Electrum wallet.

*Now review the transaction to make sure that you send bitcoin to correct Bitcoin address then copy the raw/hex transaction.
