also unless coinking changed, last time I mined it was only starting difficulty you could set but they use Vardiff so what you set isn't what it stays at just where it starts.

Coinking.IO allows you to set the difficulty from a list of difficulties.

I think both multipool.us and ipominer.com have manual settings for difficulty.
