The success of native coin of any exchange depends upon the success of exchange itself. BNB is good example, the main reason for its success is popularity of Binance itself. So if we come to KCS, it is surely a good pick since Kucoin is growing as big name among exchanges. I really believe holding KCS is smart choice as Bittrex has completely moved to account-verified trading, HitBTC has several deposit and withdrawal issues so Kucoin can come up as good alternative to Binance.

KCS is the token of the kucoin exchange. I am very confident about this project. The kucoin exchange has made the trading volume up to the top ten in a short period of half a year. In the future, these platforms will have great potential for development. See BNB only $0.7 last year, and only half a year up to $15.

its really good if you have their website coin you can get lower fees which mean you can get more on your trades especially if your a whale or have a huge trading volume small difference in fee can make huge difference. you also get some website profit if you hold certain amount that would be useful to pay withdrawal fees. the coin price will also grow faster because people are holding it to save fees from the exchange which means less circulating supply.

IMO, KCS is a good coin to hold. By holding KCS, there is discount in trading fees and you get to share 50% of Kucoin fees revenue.

Would it make sense to hold it for the same reasons as BNB? I don't know if KCS will ever get their own blockchain, but those trading fees they pay you for holding them will always keep the coin valuable to a greater or lesser degree.
