I Left my bitcoins til now, had them in bitcoinica and now i can't access the claim page what should I do?
You'll have to wait until a liquidator for Bitcoinica is appointed and then lodge a claim with them. Keep checking back here as there'll definitely be a thread posted when the liquidator is appointed. There'll be a set period in which to lodge claims so if you don't check for information regularly you may miss the window of opportunity.

I gave 1 BTC to a friend and he went and opened a long position using a 2.5:1 leverage at bitcoinica, when it was around $4.5/BTC and just left it there.
Now he lost his 1 BTC + his profit.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news- Bitcoinica is failed. The group that took over has plundered the funds, there have been several alleged hacks, and the company has been placed in legal receivership in New Zealand. Your bitcoins are long, long gone. If you would like more details there are approximately 378 pages of information on this subject available on this forum, just search using the words "bitcoinica", "liquidated" and/or "zhou tong".
