I was hoping for developers to contact me there is a small reward if we can partner with an exchange.

This was done by the Bitcoin Community https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/jsmit332-232008 Who does great design work. Also Promotional videos.
But we are looking for an Exchange to BTC that has all ready been developed. We will make our own in due time but we are hoping to team up with an Exchange developer so we have two exchanges. We believe in Bitcoin and Litecoin and mining both. We also want Pools that mine in different coins like coinotron
