I have the same situation with them... also have 0.171 BTC in this exchance but can't withdraw because of this huge loss 
It was good before when I used their visa card and spent directly from it without any comission but now they have no bank cards, so withdraw became a problem...

I used to trade at Coinsbank but now it's useless.
I have 0.0122BTC in my account and to withdraw them they charge 0.005BTC flat fee for BTC withdrawal, they are only good with large volumes and this leaves me with 0.0072BTC.
I am looking for someone who has a Coinsbank account to send them my funds as it's free of charge in exchange they send 0.01BTC to my LocalBitCoins account.
This is 20% profit for whoever takes this trade.
