This user agreed to the trade, accepted the funds, and then had issues sending payment. Instead of refunding the coins, he then sent them to another wallet and says he'll fix it in the morning. We shall see. He said it's late and he's logging off and no time to mess with it tonight. Negative feedback has been left until this has been cleared up. There have been previous Paypal transactions with this user in the past. So, that information is available if needed.
Why not chargeback the payment? Definitely looks like a scam. I have this user's information also.
