Maybe i go first to highly trusted members, but dont wanna risk a $100 scam again.

It's been my experience that you're a lot less likely to get a charge-back here than on Localbitcoins. As long as you only accept PayPal from established members you'll be ok. On LBS any schmuck can fake documents, and then charge-back up to several months later.
And yes, you should have no trouble finding someone to trade with you at a 1 to 1 rate.

No matter what? How about when dealing with high ranking members who have a history of trusted trades? Limiting yourself is no way of getting your request filled urgently. All you'll attract with this post are scammers and time-wasters.
Chargeback = Scam report!
Again, when accepting PayPal deal only with established, trusted members who are unlikely to risk their account over $100 and you won't have to worry about charge-backs.
