My assurance is "I'll go first". But of course, I need to know if the person is legit, trusted, pro, expert, etc. etc. As I said, I'll go first. Cause I'm the one who is looking for the Paypal to Bitcoin exchange. However, this is my first time so I don't know how the person will send me he's/her own Bitcoin to mine. I do have a blockchain.info account, just wanted to know if the person will send the payment into that like the Paypal transaction (gifting payments).

Anyway, my assurance is I'll go first.

I knew this thing would gonna happen. Its normal to blame and pin point someone as a scammer cause he has a "1" post on his own account. I get your point but I came here cause its my "first time" on doing this Bitcoin trade. I'm actually gonna buy a program for Team Fortress 2 just for 15 bucks but that seller doesn't wanted paypal, only Bitcoin.

If you can help me how this Paypal to Bitcoin works, I'd appreciate it. I'm not even sure if I'm doing this correctly. But Preev.com is what I found this rates and stuff. As I said, its my "First time" to do this Paypal to Bitcoin trade. I already done doing TF2 & CS:GO items for Paypal money. That's why I got my USD in Paypal. Now I need a Bitcoin for convert.

EDIT: Anyone can help me how this works?

He has 15.95 $ for 15$ bitcoins. Maybe he's including fees ?
I am myself new to using Bitcoin, and I'd be upset if someone told me I tried to scam the very first days. Give him the benefice of the doubt? Every PayPal buyer isn't systematically going to chargeback.

Edit : what's the point of giving a Skype if it doesn't work ? There will most likely be no trader adding him and therefore no trade. I'm pretty positive one can use mail to find another user on skype
