As mentioned above, you could try virwox, but there is no way I would trade that much money PayPal for bitcoin. The transaction is easily reversible.
Go on virwox. 88usd/24hrs to start. You'd get fully cashed in after 24hrs.
With such a large sum of money, why don't you just do moneygram/western union?

PayPal is a very risky way to buy Bitcoin for the seller. You could buy the Bitcoin and then ask PayPal for a refund in 2 weeks, which they would give you no questions asked.
