You are absolutely out of your mind if you think you are getting 1:1 rates for this.

What is the meaning of a PP cash card? Is it an egift card. If so then you need to trade in the Digital Goods section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=93.0 as this is mainly a Currency Exchange section.
