Haha a Jr. member trading with a newbie who is paying with a reversible method of payment, what could be more funny. One or the other is trying to scam , or its probably both of them. On a serious note if you are really looking to exchange PP , you are out of luck here , you should try virwox, huge fees but at least you will get some btcs.
Be carefull guys: paypal can be reversed for up to 180 days!
